I am a passionate advocate of animal rights and all the proceeds of my work will be donated to my animal charities. I am also a co-therapist to a Psychologist and have worked with many troubled children treating disorders like Autism, borderline personality disorder,
selective mutism, obsessive compulsive disorder,
encopresis, enuresis, post traumatic stress disorder and psychotic disorders in children. My mentor is a very well recognized Psychologist and healer who also devotes her time to animal rescue and causes that preserve and protect our environment, wildlife and domestic animals. She is very active in ACES and Saving our Setters, both devoted to Irish and English Setters who I help in our animal sanctuary among other animals that have been neglected, abused and killed. Puppy mills, vivisection, kill shelters, experimentation on animals for cosmetics, animal research in labs MUST be stopped and people need to be fined or imprisioned with the same penalties as adults who commit physical, sexual abuse and neglect of children. I am the co-host of the healing journey, a group on RB and hope to add my special knowledge, experience and intuition to this exciting group of people who are sensitive to the many noble causes Julie Marks and I are devoted to. I have an extensive collection of Children’s books like the giving tree, velveteen rabbit, wrinkle in time and many fairy tales that I will be contributing to the bibliography for the healing journey. I have been so busy that I have not had time to add to my gallery, but soon I will upload my photographs of me and my husband Michael, the love of my life who worked as a doctor at children’s hospital on the Oncology Ward using innovative treatments for children with cancer. They affectionally called him Freckles. I have many stories to share about my life and look forward to joining this multi-talented group of artists, writers and poets. I am writing a book about three of the patients I treated titled, Thinker, Stinker and Thinker that I hope to share with you.
