Hi! I’m Kelley, they call me Irie :)

I am a proud mother of four ( 3 boys and one girl)
and married to a amazing man.

I’ve been into some kind of art most of my life. Even when I was a small girl making mud pies, they were art to me! Art is a huge part of my life, how I breathe and am able to find peace.
Of course, before art, everything God has given us,nature as a whole and all creatures that walk the planet and swim the waters. The universe and galaxies. And for me? The most special being the Mighty Sea.

in 2001 I was in 2 back to back car accidents …and lost about 80 % of my cognitive skills. I had to re-learn to walk correctly again, write legibly again. Things of that nature.I still suffer from spinal and muscular injuries, but thats to be expected., God and my loving family get me through.

By the Grace of God, I’m able to create again, which has been a huge factor in overcoming the depression that took hold after the accidents.
Over the last few years things have begun to come back to me so quickly. It’s an amazing feeling.

I love photography, I don’t leave home without my camera. Its not a big fancy expensive camera, but a wonderful camera indeed.
It’s a Fuji FinePix s700. It has all the features of a more expensive camera…and I just adore the little woman!
I recommend it for anyone who can’t afford one of those wondrous expensive cameras.

I love all kinds of traditional art. I love drawing in pencil and ink. And have recently started using pastels, oil and regular and love it! Sharpies are a wonderful mix with the combo!

Over the last year I have taught myself digital art, which is fun and amazing. Its great fun to take my traditional art and have fun with it digitally.

Also fantasy photo manipulation! I love taking peoples photos and placing them in wonderful places of their dreams.

My Muse is in a happy place :)
