G’day Prasad,
Your persistence in being the first to comment on my latest uploads is most deserving of a really, really, big THANK YOU VERY MUCH MATE!!!!! 8-)
So glad this fungal gear stick caught your eye. It certainly caught mine as I was scanning the ground around the base of a tree for any subjects for Milday Fuji and myself.
More thanks to you for leaving such an encouraging and supportive great wrap for this forest floor effort.

Well spotted, Dennis. Great capture. Such a wonderful light here, and lovely, warm colours. Nice square cut.

G’day Kofoed,
The square crop is my favourite for small subjects, especially if there is a diagonal apparent.
It was a beautiful afternoon golden forest light washing over the scene.
Many thanks for taking a walk along the track to see this emerging fungus and for leaving such a great wrap for my flat-on-the-ground-to-make-this-shot effort.

G’day Deb,
I had fixed my gaze on another fugus growing nearby but after I got down on my belly to make the angle I wanted I was not happy with the subject I had chosen so I went to get back up. As I did, I am sure this fungus popped its head around the tree root to take a look so down I went again and inched myself forward to make a shot of this one.
So glad it has caught your eye and my thanks for your appreciative and encouraging “Perfect…” wrao for my efforts.
