This very good fungi specimen is a member of the Lepiota species.
It was photographed at Timbertown , an historic theme park, at Wauchope , west of Port Macquarie , NSW, Australia, on a great autumn day.
Fuji S9600: RAW, Manual settings of f/11 @ 1/125sec, ISO80, Low powered flash to set off Vivitar slave unit.
