Like a fairytale castle Mont Saint Michel at dusk in the rain, I got wet and cold but it was worth it for images like this. A blended exposure using HDR techniques.

All money raised in the sale of my art until November goes towards the Steven T. Hill Stroke Foundation. For more information on the foundation and Steve’s touching story please follow this link. here Steven T. Hill Stroke Foundation

Congrats on a very different view to what is normally seen as a photo of this amazing place…

Friends of ours spent some time staying in a spot that was only a few hundred metres away from there… unfortunately, I have never been there, but one day… maybe!!!

Thanks guys, my wife was in the car it was blowing a gale, raining and I felt bad for her so kept this photo shoot to 20-30 minutes, I wish I hadn’t now as my favourite shots so far in my trip have all been taken at night.

Wow – great shot. Reminds me of Minas Tirith (ok – so I’m a Lord of the Rings geek!)

Shaddy I was thinking it looked a little like Minas Tirith, it really did have a magical middle earth feel to it.
