I love the way you’ve captured the essence of the London skyline – Cranes! They’re always there, wherever you look. You get the feeling that ‘it’s only for a short time…until they’re finished’, but they’re always there. You’ve got st Paul’s representing the ancient foundations of the city and those ever-present cranes showing that the place, like all cities everywhere, is constantly being reshaped.
Very nice!
(apologies for any missed spelinmg mistakes – I’m at the end of a bottle of pinot grigio. You aussies make f*g excellent wines! Hic!) xx

Thanks for the feedback and SabreTF don’t worry I can’t spell when I’m sobre so I won’t hold it against you and I appreicate you taking the time to let me know what you think. I certainly saw a lot of cranes on my trip, not just in London. My wife counted 53 cranes visible from the roof top of the OXO building.

I invite you to check in my portfolio.

Thanks Miguel, I’ll check it out now. To be honest I have no idea where Montevideo harbour is, but it sounds exotic.

Great shot Craig, I used to work around the corner from there, it really brings back some memories of walking to work along the Thames. Cheers
