Morning's Catch

Morning's Catch

Two Egytpian fisherman ply their craft on one of the most famous rivers in the world. I love the repetition of the waves from a passing tourist boat. And if you look closely, the “oars” are nothing more then modified fence pailings.

What better way to spend a morning, watching the sunrise over the palms and the birds wake and take flight. I wonder how much they caught.

wonderful composition an serenity in this work. Also, great work that you are doing with the Foundation. My husband had a stroke last year and immediate family need to know they have friends, it can be a very isolating experience for everyone. Good for you!

A beautifully evocative picture! I love the lines (wavy and rod-shaped), the composition, and the intrigue of the people from ‘another culture’. Superb!
