ARTIST STATEMENT

I paint and draw and am open to all kinds of artistic expression
and my camera is integral to my art
I am always looking
looking for naturally occurring, everyday art all around us
for the abstract in the commonplace
for specific colours
for what people don’t see or choose not to see
I’m always trying to tell a story of some sort in my art
to draw you in to the moment
the task is endless
