Dune grass

The growling dunes in Witsand Nature Reserve, South Africa. During the summer the dunes make a growling sound when disturbed. Super clear sky, sun and a lot of walking.

The Kalahari will remain my favorite place in the world.

    I can’t figure out exactly why shots like this make me feel good, but they do. This one especially. It’s just that it’s simple in it’s beauty, untouched. Doesn’t need any help, just a good eye to catch it. I love it.
