This view is taken from lock 92, the last lock of the Rochdale 9 on the Rochdale canal in Manchester. It is known as Dukes Lock as it was built by the the Duke of Bridgewater to link his Bridgewater canal to the Rochdale canal. The building on the right is Dukes 92, a bar and restaurant. It used to be a stable block for the horses delivering foods off barges to the Merchants warehouse opposite.
