    Awe! Beautiful little kitty! Both my cats love playing in boxes. The older larger one goes inside while the younger smaller kitten jumps up on top. It’s a funny game they play. This is an adorable picture…love those eyes!

    Well, the new kitten Misty has only been with us about 2 months…a stray we found in a neighbours yard only a few weeks old. Tony the older one was also a stray from a friends garage, but he’s 9. It was difficult at first. Tony was alarmed and Misty was defensive. But in time they have had moments when they play together, sleep together, eat together and…..of course….fight together. I think they are setting boundaries. Most of the time, our little world is perfectly warm and friendly. I’ve seen Tony cry for Misty to come and play so he can watch, and I’ve seen Misty bring Tony a fluffy ball to play with and one for herself. It’s very cute to see how they get along.

    That is interesting. Misty got her name because of her colouring…grey, like fog or mist. But my teenager didn’t like the name because it reminded him of an exotic dancer LOL. However, the first day we had her, she tried to impress Tony and meandered and stretched and wiggled and literally danced for him so we decided she was indeed a “Misty” and kept that name. Jesse is gorgeous and I love his name!
