– Inge Johnsson
What a neat image!
Great image. Is this the same geyser you photographed withall the algae? Perhaps a different angle?
Yes, this is the opposite side. I believe his side gets more of the hot water spray so the algae donät grow on this side. Thanks.
Superb landscape,this just looks magnificent
Thank you very much, Hans!
Wonderful light, brings out the rich colors!
Thanks, Eivor :-)
I visited there once, as a small child. Are these on private property, now?
(Please do consider adding this splendid image to NEVADA: The Silver State )
Thanks. Yes, it is on private land, and I’ve heard rumors that they are building a resort near the geyer. Sad.
This is beautiful but I still like the green fg in the other shot a little better.
Thanks Steve. Me too, but I wanted to show this side too.
How utterly fascinating!! It doesn’t look as if it could possibly be real and natural. Amazing!
Thanks Tiffany. All of these kinds of geysers, including the ones in Yellowstone, look kind of otherworldly.
Very lude …
I had to look that word up, and I see what you mean.
Beautiful geological capture Inge. Great color and composition
Thank you very much. Very interesting place from a geological point of view.
