Inge Lewis was born and raised in Salzburg, Austria. Recently she relocated from Miami Beach, Florida to Conway, South Carolina. She has been creating art for over 40 years and has traveled the world extensively. Inge’s travels and diverse social and educational background inspire her work which stands out for her expressive and colorful designs. Inge has shown her works throughout Europe, and America.She is a self-taught artist who began, as a child, copying van Gogh and Picasso. Her work often combines the contemporary and impressionistic.
Inge can usually be found in her studio with her cat Mr. Diesel who sits on her lap while she is taps away on her computer board or sitting at by the easel creating a new painting.
