My beautiful baby, Missy. She’s Chocolate Lab and German Shephard even though she only looks lab. She was abused when we got her and it took a while to get her to realize there really is love in this cruel world…..anyway this is her gorgeous eye. hehe

Oh, this is so gorgeous, Infinity. And you and I were on the same wavelenth on 8th. I also loaded up a similar image but yours is so far superior!!! I’m glad I found it – it’s in Craig’s favourites! Mine is of my parent’s German Shepherd Rusty who is a lovely old dog who was also abused as a pup. He’s a very anxious dog but also very loveable. I will never, ever understand cruelty towards animals.

Hi Rain. Sorry about the name – sometimes it’s hard to know what people prefer. Yes, Shepherds are beautiful animals – very regal and yet so sensitive. There was one tied up outside the local market – a long hair. I know you shouldn’t approach unknown dogs, but I crouched down and offered my hand for him to sniff (which he did), then he ‘gently’ bared his teeth and looked away so I knew that was my queue to go on my way. There’s another around town called Pepper who is as gentle as a lamb – he’s got the most beautiful personality – a very popular local character. I’m more a cat person but I do so love dogs (and pretty much all creatures great and small) too.
