Daft Punk - Alive 2007

I recently saw Daft Punk and missed out on getting a tour T-shirt so have appropriated a design of theirs to commemorate the experience. I have included no text, just the outline of their ‘pyramid’ stage set up. Only those who have seen the show will understand what the image means and will hopefully act as a hidden message to other fans. The show is performed by the two DJ’s in robot costumes, that are designed to hide the identities of Daft Punk, a continuation of their anti-ownership anti-fame philosophy to art and music.

Just received this shirt and am disappointed to discover that the colors are nowhere near as bright or as bold as shown in the enlarged preview. This is a decent rendition of the Daft Punk design but the dull colors that actually get printed onto the shirt make a mockery of a truly brilliant experience.

    I feel I just wasted $30 which is too much for a ho-hum t-shirt.

The colours were intentionally pastels, they weren’t meant to be as vibrant as the ALIVE 2007 cover. Mine has dulled after 6 months of wear, but is stilll reasonable. Maybe take it up with RedBubble manufacturing. Sorry to dissapoint, but for me the beauty is in the form, not the colour…
