Tethered
As dawn breaks over Marshall’s Creek, two vessels tethered to a ramshackle shed overhanging the shore drift gently with the tide.
Beyond the shoreline, a regiment of oyster cages stands guard over the creek, breaking the surface turbulence and affording a glassy sheen.
