Heaven's Champagne

In vibrant hues
The autumn leaves
Fall sweetly through
The autumn breeze.
They fall through ecstasy
Beneath autumn’s touch,
Reposing in the pleasure
Of autumn’s crimson blush.

So sweet is the kiss
Of autumn’s silver rain,
Resting upon the leaves of yesterday
They forget summer’s fading name.
All they remember
Is the bliss from which they came
And willingly drown in the passion
Of heaven’s sweet champagne.
