Excellent. The rent between the two is very expressive.

  • Thank you so much! I added this to our group… In fact I used a brush for the background, for the hair and for the black gap – if you think that it does not meet the “pen and nib” requirement, please don’t hesitate to decline! I will not take it personally :)

Why is he laughing? i can see that she has ….maybe…..so much to say to him (the writing) but has left it too late (the rip) but i dont get why he’s laughing?…………or am i miles off anyway?

  • no, you are not miles off… You are most of the time closer than anyone else to the truth of the image. Why he is laughing… Because she would like him to be happy, wherever he is, also without her, even though she cannot reach him and share that happiness.

The use of a brush is fine. You can also tint your work if you like to. You have done a great job with this piece and I am glad to have it in the group.
