http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/17859343/ <— this is the original image of the girl :) I changed simple things about her such as hair colour then made up the background with different textures and a sparkle brush (sparkles! XD) and added the reflection of course. Just imagine a fair amount of tweaking and stuff in between those steps and that’s about it.

ah well, that link is to the original stock image. i changed slight things like hair colour and skin then made the background out of several textures and colour layers. sparkle brush :) and added reflection. mianly lots of experimenting with layering and what looked good :)
