macro of poster fragment on a wall in Fremantle
bleed, shadow, abstract, wall, street, urban
excel;lent work eve, the title is very fitting, but also abit scary
Thanks, Richie – Yeah, I guess it is kind of creepy. Sometimes my titles are blurted out on the spur of the moment. Perhaps you’d better make sure you check your locks and whistle a happy tune, just to be on the safe side…
– Evelyn Bach
Well shadows don’t make a sound, so I get it (I think). Great title together with image.
Ah well, shadows don’t make a sound in the daylight, but when its dark and no-one can see them, that’s when they whimper and snarl and sing in deep gravelly voices. You think it’s your neighbours, or a passer-by in the street, but it’s not. I’m glad you like this rather strange image and its odd title.
Congratulations on your feature 9 February 2011
Thank you Kimba!!!
was going to say i love the graphic quality of this abstract, then read the description :) really beautiful
you would have been spot on – but I can take no credit for the graphic quality!!!I’m happy you like it, Simone.
image and words are so poeticlooks “alive”and I wonder what transformation could happenwhat could be the next image…..
do I sense a story in images emerging?my first thought was ’ the fluttering shadow of a wounded bird’
Our next story is there for surean abstract story ?cubist, surrealist?hmmm, exciting !!!!!!
I can hardly wait!!!
