Very interesting. I can see many interpretations to this work. For me, I feel he is looking back at himself, maybe a younger self. It’s a very contemplative piece, maybe he is taking stock of his life, remembering life’s journey. I like it very much.

Here’s another one. Another amazing picture from this artists capable hands. This one belongs to a category within her catalog that gives you the feeling of looking at an old master (the light quality and color is creating this strangest of illusions), where the paint has seasoned over the decades to assume that majestic glowing effect that carries the light through times esoteric haze.
To achieve this in contemporary pictures whether it is painted ore generated digitally is an immense artistic achievement, and bears witness of a very high level of skill and knowledge in the matter….
