Hi and Welcome,
Thank you for taking the time to stop by. My name is Ben Farrell. I am a photographer, writer and graphic designer. I have a website with all my work at:
www.benfarrell.com
I also run a creative consultancy called:
Imagespeak – Photography & Design. Photography across all genres from artistic to landscape, architectural, urban and portrait. Design across different mediums combining unique images with text and eye catching layout.
Speak – Writing, Poetry, Short Stories, Scripts & Monologues and Travel writing. Expressing thoughts and stories in written form.
ImageSpeak – A creative thought turned into a medium able to be felt by any individual who looks. When you are able to achieve this the artist and the individual meet on a common plane of understanding as the image speaks to the viewer in an intricate and unspoken language, a deep and powerful interaction capable of shifting time and space for that tiny moment of viewer interaction.
Thank you for taking the time to view my work.

“They would call to report a murder with such absolute matter of fact calmness and rationale…”
I’m in Hong Kong. A nervous stop over as the threat of the SARS virus is at its peak. People everywhere are wearing hospital like masks over there faces for fear of contracting the virus.
it is astonishing because it communicates with our inner child linking directly back to a time of freedom, clarity, and happiness. It takes us to a time when we really did experience the world.
We’ve come to a stop. I’ve never felt so still in my life. I wish I could remain this still and somehow avoid my advancing fate.
For the mind is a great black beast. / As it sits up there in it’s ever important chair / Laughing at my actions / Laughing at my stupidity / Mocking my utter soul as it dresses me in motley
Swirling chairs of children, on sugar highs, / Elderly couples, slowly masticating their apple pies. / Never ask for chips, they only have Mc Fries
