Taurus
I was commissioned to do this piece for an upcoming exhibtion here in Atlanta entitled “The Zodiac Show” – which will feature 12 different artists depicting their astrological signs.
Rather than portray Taurus the traditional way as a bull or Minotaur, I chose instead to focus on the earthy qualities of the sign and it’s ruling planetary influence – Venus.

This is the one for the show you were mentioning yesterday! I have not heard about the Apache Cafe. I live and work in Alpharetta, so I feel like I know nothing about the goings on ITP anymore (I used to life in Buckhead, but it’s been awhile now). I’ve so far only made fledgling steps myself. I’ve done a few group shows on the Castleberry hill art stroll as you noticed. Will do my best to come in and check out the Art Mondays deal.
