Thank you everyone – very much…
This is definitely one of the most “personal” of my images – and not just because it’s a self portrait either!

My pleasure I hope the pain has eased up since this was made.

Most assuredly – doing this was very cathartic and helped me to let go of some ghosts and demons… Such is the therapuitc value of art!

I know how this feels as I still have my talley going after a number of years…so sad really.
You work is wonderful, and I love that you stage your work and its not all cut & paste as I find the truth in the ideas moving beneath the surface of conciousness and then coming to life more inviting.

Being “heartbroken” is such a strange, surreal mindset and really – the only thing that helps is to stay active doing what you love … Eventually the wounds heal, leaving beautiful battle scars so you never forget the lessons learned … at least that’s the only advice that ever made sense to me…
Thanks for the kind words regarding my work.. I’m on my way over to your page to check out yours!

The heart has a prodigious memory even when the mind chooses final and thankfully to forget
