In Her face is the beauty Paris had to compare to others in his decision and yet a closer look – that position of Her jaw and hardness to Her eyes – reveals the cold, judgemental, uncomprimising element that makes this Goddess such a magnificent tool for the pure and such a liability for those with cloaked intentions.
