Jeff Burgess

Every creation is an experiment. The photographic style that I embrace I named ‘fusion photography’ (see widipedia). The technique allows me to be expressive with a combination of photographs much the same way as the printmaker is with their images. It provides a way for me to conceptualize ideas that supercede the individual photos. I use both Nikon and Cannon digital EOS cameras. Post manipulation is in PS (CS1) or Paintshop Pro.

My work has been shown in ‘Create’ and ‘Advanced Photoshop’ magazines, multiple galleries, the Denver airport, and several juried shows. Awards include a ‘Silver’ award from Create Chaos and purchase awards from jurdged shows. My fusion work has been accepted and shown at ‘The Center for Fine Art – Denver’, Marks at the Garage – Honolulu, Dunville Gallery – Seattle, Larson Gallery, Gallery 8 – Phoenix, and other venues. It has been collected by individuals throughout the world.
