the grunge sink
A Black and White version of the sink
Three images captured with a Canon 5D Mark II and EF 24-105mm L Lens.
Auto Exposure Bracketing -1, 0, +1
HDR processed in Photomatix
Further processed in Photoshop CS4
A black and white adjustment layer was used first and each colour was adjusted to bring out the best of the B&W.
A new layer of RGB 128, 128, 128 and the Vivid Light blending mode was placed on top. This layer is effectively transparent until a white brush is used to paint highlights in selected areas.
