Old Railroad Bridge by Glenna Walker

I was lucky enough to find this old railroad bridge in the early stages of being restored. Workers were off to the right working in 100+ heat, I don’t know how they do it. I was feeling the heat after only a couple of minutes. This is located in historic Waxahachie, TX.

Best when viewed larger.

Great photo. It looks as though the bridge was well hidden away yet still in plain view, almost like where you were standing was once a creek which dried up long ago.

  • Yes, where I was standing has all been cleared of trees and such. I’m sure it has been hidden for many years. There is so much more in the town I am sure is still hidden, but will surface in time. Thank you Kylie :)
