And his mommy loves him very much. This is one of my ferrets Rocco. He just turned 2-years old on May 27, 2009. He shares a birthday with my youngest son. He is a very sweet boy. He loves to be carried around and will sit up on his back legs and beg and if you place your hand on the floor in front, he will reach out and wrap his front paws around your wrist to be picked up.

I have 20 of these little one’s Max. We didn’t start out to get that many, it just kinda happened when we started volunteering and helping out with the rescue. We have taken in some bad biters, one’s that most people don’t want to deal with. They only bite if they are caged constantly and mistreated. Imagine how we would feel if we were caged 24 hrs a day and not let out to play. Ferrets are not caged animals, they need human interaction and playtime outside of their cages. The only time ours are caged is at night for their own safety. They have their own room. Oh and the biters we took in, they give kisses now in place of the bite :) I have a link on my profile underneath my pic of Champ wrasting with Rocco my ferret, check it out Max.
