Dancing Ragdoll
This is Bindi, my little mutt ragdoll angora ferret. She was just 9 months old when I took this photo. Bindi will be 2-years old in September. It was pure luck that I got this shot. She is probably the hardest of my ferrets to photograph as she is so tiny and fast. I will never get this shot again, it was a once in a blue moon shot. She barely weighs a pound, she came from Carolina Ferrets out of North Carolina. She is so sweet.

I wish we got such a fine assortment of colours here in OZ, but I worry that it is a result of mixed breeding and may cause health issues, altho they are ALL ferrets, mixing colours aint the same as mixing breeds is it, I get confused easilly.

Bindi is not as dark now as in this photo. I have another photo of her here, she has really lightened up. I’m trying to get some video of her dancing backwards with her mouth open. She’s so fast! Bindi wasn’t spayed until she was almost 5 months old, so she shouldn’t have the normal problems of the Marshall Ferret ferrets who are spayed/neutered at such a young age of less than 6-weeks old – thanks Tracy!!!
