Unfortunately, I don’t know the names of the people who purchased my work and I am very grateful to them. I know my art has found...

I was born in New york and still reside here. Art is my passion and I have always been involved in it. I studied art at, Laguardia High school of the Arts, Fashion Institute of Technology and School of Visual Arts. I worked in the fashion industry for ten years, illustrating women’s shoes and doing catalogues and ads for newspapers and fashion magazines. I realized that fine art was my love and began painting in watercolor and acrylics. I especially like to paint portraits of women, especially the tall slender model or movie star type. I love to capture drama, mystery and glamor in these ladies. I lke the 30’s and 40’s era of women, since to me they have an unmatched elegance and sophistication that has been lost today. I also like to paint in abstract for the sake of it and make color and design a priority. I find myself going back and forth between realism an abstract.. I am a married lady with two grown daughters and one grandchild. I am an uncomplicated person and love the simple things in life, like watching coffee perk as the sunlight streams through the kitchen curtains. Love to see my cat stretched out in the sun, so relaxed and content. I find these small things in life, my passion and the people I love is what really matters most to me. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I love creating it.
