My friend Edda and I have a tradition of painting together on Wednesdays. On this particular Wednesday, as soon as I entered her house, I was overtaken by the sight of lovely flowers bathing in the morning sunlight in the middle of her dining room. The view was too striking to ignore. We postponed our original plans and eagerly took up our brushes to catch this beautiful scene. It was also Edda’s birthday.
