rapeseed field by moonlight
the crop in the foreground was illuminated by a setting cresent moon, i thought i had found a dark part of oxfordshire but there is still tons of light pollution. This was shot at around midnight.

Beautiful, fantastic light and love the colours, its amazing how the light stays for quite a while in England, something I noticed when i was over there about 3 years ago, this is a really lovely capture

It’s a great picture with the moonlight, star trails and the light pollution. Strange combination to find in the middle of the night. Perhaps the light pollution was a bother, but the result is great!

You’re right, there’s a lot of light around for midnight but what a wonderful shot – I love the time exposure of the sky and the yellow field. Well done.

Excellent long exposure, the light polution in the distance makes the image in my opinion. Wonderful startrails and superb foreground interest. Well done.
