I’m a Sydney based photographer. Photographic interests are the outdoors, people, action, HDR and creative works as well as pretty much everything I guess.
aaaagggghhhhhh!!!I really love this, the groups of people, the loopy blurs, the wet reflections on the ground…my own attempts for that perfect combination of movement/still is so hit and miss, mostly miss… super, super work ian… by golly you can be glad it was raining and great thinking to set your camera on the slower s/speed and experiment all the day… :)
Thank you Caz. We had a ball and forgot it was raining. Keep playing with it. I took a lot of shots, most of which are in the trash. ;)))

Thanks Louise ;o)
Creative, looks like impressionism.
Thanks very much :))
have you tried optical image stabilizer “on” while using a tripod? it gives a hands-free result similar to this – a bit like auto-painting. I’ve done it so many times by accident
because the optical image stabilizer (being paranoid) starts reacting to itself in the absense of any real movement – its quite interesting effect.
Thanks for the tip Peter, I’ll have to give it a go !!
