Great shot. Nice & clear & the eyes do ‘have it’.

  • Thanks Gail. Her eyes were what attracted me to ask her to do a sitting.

Those eyes are so powerful….they say so much, yet say so little at the same time. Very intriguing image.

  • Thanks very much David. It is interesting when the eyes are isolated from the face. You can read a lot more into them. Thanks for the considered comment!!

The eyes are marvellous, Ian. An interesting change from swathed veils etc.

  • Agree Janie, thanks so much.

I just opened up the Warragul catalogue, and saw this! Congrats, Ian!

  • Thanks Mel. We haven’t received our catalogue yet. This wasn’t my highest scoring image but maybe they printed it in the catalogue. I am very curious now to get it. Hope you did well !!

yup, they printed it :) I did well as my alter ego Mel Blackstone…..seems that spelling my name is pretty difficult. Congrats to you (and your wife?) There are a few English mentions…..lol!

  • LOL Probably a young person who went through school when they didn’t care how things were spelt. Congrats on your successes!! Yes my wife Dianne did well in this one. We seem to be flip flopping with our successes.
