The Crocuses have just come out at the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, Mt Tomah NSW Australia.
Australia’s Highest Botanic Garden
This 252 hectare garden sits on the summit of a basalt capped peak 1,000 metres above sea level in the World Heritage listed Greater Blue Mountains.
The Garden is home to a world class collection of plants from the cooler southern hemisphere.
My wife Dianne is the flower photographer in the family and I can only hope to aspire to her level in this genre. We see things differently and while her view is more close up, creative and detailed, mine is more “big picture”.
