Hallo Yool, leuk dat je me even opzoekt. Je kopje koffie deed wonderen. Jaaaa, deze mooie vlinder is echt zo groen…Ik woon niet ver van de Tropische Vlinder Tuin en kan hier heerlijk mooie vlinders bekijken. Het is altijd weer een verrassing welke soorten er vliegen, ik heb nog meer vlinders in mijn Art. Niets bewerkt, alleen wat contrast, schaduw enz…maar echt puur natuur. (-: Groetjes Ien.

Thank you Angel, yes butterflies are always so wonderful and special for me… I am lucky because in my neighbourhood is a tropical butterfly valley and its not so easy to make a perfect shot, butterfly is flying and moving, so it took some time to have a real good shot.. bye ien

Hi Stephen, thanks for this SUPER comment, yes the color is really so green, the English name is Green Longwing, I made this shot in a Great Butterfly Valley (the greatest in Europe) I am lucky to have it so close to my home. Its difficult to make a good photo, they are alway busy and you have to control the composition too. Warm greatings from Ien.
