The Different Colours of Domestic Violence

My calendar is about a very important subject which is domestic abuse. This month is actually Domestic Violence Awareness month, however I feel that we should all be aware of this national epidemic every single day. Not live it or breath it but be aware of signs that a co-worker, a neighbour, a friend, a family member, anyone could be in trouble and too afraid to ask for help.
There are signs to see, hear and be aware of all around us. Maybe you or I could help save a life; beit a woman, a man, a child or an entire family.
Please keep it in the back of your mind that someone could be screaming out for help without even opening their mouth!!!
