Hey Paul!! Nice to see you! This one has multiple layers of rough textures added, then erased at 25%, then just kept adding and erasing. I do so wish my work could be as neat and stream-lined as yours, but I can’t pull it off just yet. Thanks for looking!

Neat and streamlined! Why thank you – but don’t sell yourself short my dear … you’d be surprised by how much i DON’T know about photoshop – i do a lot of things the ‘long’ way – there are tools i’ve still never used. You can’t beat good old-fashioned obsessiveness. It’s the little things that on their own would be un-noticeable, that it’s tempting to overlook, but contribute to the overall feel of the picture, that make the difference, i reckon….
