I’m not sure why stuff happens exactly, but writing works for me as a way of finding the truth. To quote one of my favourite writers, Douglas Adams:
“In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.”
I actively choose not to see a therapist. Instead I choose to write. I believe that I am my thoughts and by expressing these thoughts and feelings and making them concrete I can interact with and contribute to the world.
I reckon that much of the truth of human existence lies in shared or communal experience and that isolation can be as destructive as any natural disaster. So should you choose to read my stuff I hope that it causes you to feel something (emotionally I mean….I sincerely hope it doesn’t elicit a physical reaction such as the gag reflex).
See ya in Bubbledom peeps!

Gushing now / Tears flowing like rivulets / Cutting through early spring snow / Warm
I love unspoken agreements. / Things finding mutual completion without words / Whispy understandings weaved into our shared fabric:
Dear Moz, As you watch on silently, know this: Those big brown eyes of yours / Ever gazing up / Were like containers / Wobbling with emotion Speaking with clarity / Never numb Always there…
The seconds press; / splitting me / like meat through a grinder.
Whispy images / ripe / pungent / flit in solicitous / on a well versed breeze
What exists now / except vain frailty / amidst stark truth?
