Now this commission has got to be the cherry on top of your drawing career to be asked by Stan Laural’s actual daughter for something to put on her mantlepiece. Now that’s gotta be impressive!

The drawing ain’t that bad either LOL!!

Music box… sheesh that’s one of my earliest memories of the Laural and Hardy films when I was a kid growing up in the 60’s Seeing them struggle up those flights of stairs with the piano. That and the episode of the drunken sailor who falls into whitewash and they think he’s a ghost. Ahhh memories!!

    Great drawing as ever.

You know she has asked for many commissions- she has a small gallery of my work in her new home, just like ours really! lol ;-)

This particular drawing will be used for cards for friends around the world with news of her moving home, hence the title!

Thanks for your interest and your comment Biker, I’m a huge fan of your work! ;-)
