Little Lucas is 2 right now but still so much of a little man. I can see his character growing and building as he matures through the months and years. He has so much of both his mother and father in him. It’s amazing to me because I knew his mother before she knew his father. It’s an absolute privilege to watch the culmination of friendships turn into another human being and to know I am, at least, a small part of it. While we were all playing at the park, Lucas found a walking stick and decided to bring it home. He already knew how to use it, even at 2. They grow up so fast…so very fast. Don’t turn away for a moment – you might miss it.

Taken at: Skinner Butte Park, Eugene, Oregon
During: Autumn (October)
Using: Canon PowerShot SX110 IS

Each piece to my puzzle has its own special meaning & purpose. Sometimes the purpose is clear, sometimes it has yet to be discovered. I hope you find special meaning in each of my pieces & I hope you see the glory of God in everything I share. He is my foundation for life, the reason I keep on living. He is my path back to peace, one I do not travel enough. If you would like to speak more about this, please bubblemail me, otherwise, live and let live. Thank you for seeing what I see. Enjoy!
