The Communist Party

The Communist Party

Disclaimer: this is NOT a political message… if I would want to make one, I would be far more direct and explicit… this is a simple play with semantics.

I intend to use art as an expression of political views, but not at this time, nor this venue. I lived in a communist regime for more than 30 years, so I know it inside out… yet, have no hate, nor regrets, just understanding of my journey as a free man in a not-so-free-world… but then again, who’s to say what freedom is… until you don’t have it…

Excellent – I like the contrasting reds of the wine and the shimmering reflections – correlates well with the symbolic perspectives of communism – a picture…a word – you’ve captured such a political intonation well!!! :o)

  • Vasile Stan replied

And you captured the double play on the title like nobody else commenting here. Thank you so TLeeHoney for your thoughtful comments on The communist party.

WOW Looks like I am viewing a picture ad for a wine company..but then the background looks like it may have been designed apart from the foreground altogether..Oh, I don’t know..It is just that everything you do is PERFECTION….What can I say? I am positive there is a slight chill in that drink
: ) Also, I love the order of the drinks…...
