Hi, my name is Jennifer, I live in California’s Sierra Foothills, Colfax to be exact. I am a mom, I have two beautiful daughters and I have a cat named Mikey who just so happens to be my best friend.
When it comes to photography, I just like taking pictures…it’s really that simple.
Animal photography is where my heart is, because my heart is always with the animals. When I have an image in mind I almost always have a story for that image to tell…a message to be delivered. The message may at times make you laugh and at another time it could make you cry. For me, photography is so much about emotion, whether we love it or hate it, I just want you to feel it.
My interests include nature, landscape and animals.
Cat photography is where I belong, it is what I was meant to do.
My inspiration comes from many photographers but my favorite is John De Bord many of you may know him as Kkart. John’s work is just incredible and I admired his work long before we became friends. John has helped me to become the photographer I am today; he saw potential in me long before I saw it in myself and his confidence in me has made all the difference in my work.
