Autumn Sunset, October,High Coniscliffe, England. by

It was looking like the afternoon, cold and damp, had little to offer in shooting opportunities. Then the sky opened up and although the horizon remained under a veil of grey cloud, the big sky with it’s wonderful array of clouds from Cirrus and Cirrostratus and the streak of reds from the setting sun, nature at it’s most maginificent.

Canon EOS 50D Tokina 11-16mm UWA with ND 0.6 Filter.

Loxation: High Coniscliffe, Tees Valley, North East England

My vision is provided by mother nature in all her modes.

Whatever precautions you take so the photograph will look like this or that, there comes a moment when the photograph surprises you. It is the other’s gaze that wins out and decides.

Book Recommendation: Photographic Composition, A Visual Guide: Richard D Zakia and David A. Page…..very useful as it has much to do with the mental processes, with which we use to see and visualise before the shutter is pressed.
