Why must we fight over silly things
When all I care about is how your name rings
A bell inside of my heart when it’s said?
Why do you hurt me
When all I want is to show you love?
Why do you choose to sling shit
When all I need is a kiss or a hug?
Why is it that when these fights are over
My heart is healed fully
At just the sound of you
Calling me baby?
So, tuck my hair behind my ear.
Kiss my lips.
Whisper something dear.
For tomorrow,
I’ll love you more than words can say.

I really like this poem. It reads so well and has a way of talking to me. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the swear word, but overall a great piece of work.
I’m sorry that it offended you. It was just a word that I felt strongly about at the time. And thank you for your kind comment.

I like this poem bri but could you lose the cuss word and you should be in a poems class because this is like amazing and i hope you find my comment pleasing because if you dont we can chat on bubblemail not to be rude just to talk about what i said wrong and i think this is the best story you have every written i have read all of your stories and the other one that i cant remember has to many f words in it so you should fix that before someone turns you in and they will take your redbubble away from you thanx plummerplummer or sister

Love you too. And I explained the necessity in the other one. And in this one, it rhymed in my head. It was how I was feeling. I needed to get it out because Jason and I were fighting.

story of my past life
nice writing
Here we are screaming “I hate you!”
Yet inside love whispers “But I love you!”
Our eyes meet and our daggers cut deep as the word “Leave” begins to bleed.
But when we pass our souls start crying “Please come back!”
“I don’t need you!” Becomes our painful saying.
Yet in our silence our loneliness takes us!
“Please lets make up!”
Love your beautiful words friend! Your craft a true delight for the wanting eyes! Bravo!!!…)o(
Ahaha! Thank you! I love it! I’m glad you liked it, love. It’s my first shot at poetry in years. I mostly just write stories, so it was a little weird for me, but the last line says it all.
For tomorrow, I’ll love you more than words can say.
