Staré Selo (Old Village), Lvov Region, Ukraine.

I was taking pictures outside the church in this little village deep in the country as I was spotted by the minister who approached me and was so impressed by my interest in his church. He then asked me if I wanted to see the inside (duh!) and unlocked everything just for me! Wow… It was so special! He let me in almost anywhere inside and didn’t even want to accept my donation (which I left anyway).
This was shot from the balcony.

I can see why it was so special for you.

    Lucky Girl,
    you must have good fate.
    you must be blessed.
I would be rapped if someone did that for me.
    I love it too.
It is a painting and a picture in itself.
it so colourful, lavish and a bit mystical.
    Defines excellent perspective.
lovely blues reds, yellow, orange and green tones.
I always wanted to paint a room ceiling,
like the ceiling in the arch with the blue the little tiny yellow dots
    Install lighting to represent stars.
it would seem to the eye, like looking at the sky.
    how generous are the arches.
the light at the end of the perspective tunnel.
ends with the lit candles at the alter.
Who would want to say a little pray
    be uplifted
    take a seat
    take in the light within
    Fantastic! FAV OF FAV!

  • Wow… this is the best anyone has ever written to me. I was really touched and can’t thank you enough…
