Art needs to sit proudly on your wall, and when can’t bash huge nails in you need to consider the mounted print. Super tough, super light, incredibly professional.
Art comes in many shapes and sizes, and our mounted prints are built to fit each of them. The final dimensions will depend on the image you choose, but to give you an idea here are the most common photographic sizes:
This 11 shot vertical panorama was taken at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Australia was playing Pakistan in a 20 / 20 game.Aussies won :-)
Canon Powershot G11AVf 2.81/400thISO 400
11 portrait photos stiched together in PS4
melbourne, cricket, mcg, sports, ponorama, peter redmond, australian cricket team
the curators did a fantastic job on the ground …… looks kinda like a big circus tent thats been flattened …… well I know what i mean ;)
I know exactly what you mean! I don’t go to the “G” that often, to walk in and see this, was amazing. I immediately I wanted to do a pano photo, I took a series of 5 panos for the night, this turned out the best :-)
( I spent most of the night taking photos, missed most of the game, it goes that quick!)

wow peter !! sensational pano !! love the converging strips on the pitch – really ace work and sounds like you had a great day!!
Thanks Margaret, it look fantastic when we all walked in!The ground staff worked a treat, they must have realised it would look good for photos :-)
Amazing work Peter! Were the images hand held? I have the G11 also and have never been able to get anything half as good as this! (Yes I know it is a stitched pano but you still need each image to be good to start with and you nailed it).
Hi Neil, Yes all handheld. I closed the back screen, and used the view finder. I then lined the camera up with the stand on the other side, then commenced my shots.I like the G11 that is has so much to it, I had the camera on AV, set it to 2.8 and I also set the iso.. not many P&S cameras can do that!
Great work Peter!
