The ‘Discordian Symbol’. Eris the Goddess of Chaos. Not invited to a big party at Olympus, Eris threw her Golden Apple into the party room. Inscribed with the letter ‘K’ representing the Greek word ‘Kallisti’, for the most beautiful one. Well of course, this caused a major argument as to who the apple was for turning the whole party to chaos.
This is my take on the symbol as described in the ‘Illuminatus’ Trilogy by Robert Anton Wilson & Robert Shea. . .
