Thankyou very much for your comments. This painting was completed following a visit to San Cristabal in Mexico. It is a copy of a tapestry by the indians who still live pretty much as their ancestors did in Mayan times. This is why I am not selling reproductions of this painting. My daughter who speaks spanish fluently is going to contact the village and ask if they would mind if I sell copies and I will give the money to them. Summer.
